Arusha: The Fairy Tear

Once upon a time, there lived in the kingdom two brothers. Both demons by birth, but wanted to be better than their evil father, they combined banished their father into darkness and brought peace for humans and spirits, so they could all live together in harmony. The fairer brother, became smitten with a lovely fairy. They fell in love with each other and married. The lesser, younger brother, was jealous, because he too loved the fairy..and it was soon decided that his older brother and his new wife would rule the kingdom together. The younger brother became even more bitter. Why couldn't HE be the king?? Why could he not have love?! In secret, he began to kill and corrupt parts of the kingdom. The king grew suspicious and the younger one, in panic one night as he was being interrogated, killed his older brother. He put the blame on the advisor, the Queen's brother and he was sentenced to death..the younger brother stood forth and became the new king, and eventually married the Queen who was pregnant with the late king's child, Sophia. The demon brother, growing more greedy and corrupt, two years after Sophia's birth, kills the Queen in her sleep to gain her side of the kingdom and it's wealth..but is infuriated to later find out in her will, she passed these possessions to Sophia, already suspecting the brother of foul play. When Sophia's mother died she not only left her the kingdom and their treasures, but also a note. That said, "Sophia, my only daughter. Your "father" might come and kill you. As soon as you read this run! Run don't look back run you can't let him obtain the kingdom!". Sophia ran, she grabbed her cloak and ran into the forest...
